Rallying the change-makers

Join us in nudging the UK's small businesses over to the green side of the fence. We're rounding up inquisitive truth-tellers with a knack for making carbon accounting sound less like rocket science.

What's it like to work at Our Carbon?

We're a company built on the idea of change in a marketplace that is still very new and moving fast. Open communication is our norm, and innovation is our north star.

You'll be joining a collective of inquisitive minds each bringing a unique perspective: from sustainability, tech, business strategy, finance, and, yes, even the expansive universe (of astrophysics). Remind us to tell you the joke that begins with "What happens when an environmentalist, a technologist and an astrophysicist enter a room?"

Here at Our Carbon, we don't just clock in and out; we’re on a mission, mingling with clients, dishing out "oh, wow" insights and building real trust. You’ll be collaborating with the diverse innovators and makers of Britain - from food artisans, to dedicated mental health advocates, to story creators, and many more.

As natural team players, we just roll with whatever challenges come our way, flexing our style to get it done. We're a small team that is growing and so you’ll get a front row seat as we help SME's forge the path to a greener future.
